Pros: Central location. Staff is very warm and accommodating. Check in/Out was a breeze.

Pros: Clean room, nice breakfast and helpful staffs. We arrived Bergen 6:30 and was about to ask for putting luggage, but the receptionist said there was one room available so we could check in. OMG that was sooo sweet of her. We really appreciate it !! Thank you again for the good stay and service.

A good experience, we would recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Location was great for an overnight stay. Close to Bryggen/Kode Museums and the airport tram. Perfect for our needs. Breakfast was exceptional, and staff very helpful. We could store our luggage after check-out until our pm departure.

Cons: Can't think of anything.

Great location, good views, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast

Pros: The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was on the corner of the hotel on the 5th floor and we had an excellent view across the city park. Breakfast was amazing - such a wide range to choose from and all very high quality. The location of the hotel is great - right in the centre of the city - a short walk from many of the attractions. The room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. A great stay.

Pros: hotel is at a prime location, very convenient. check in/out was a breeze. room has what you need and is clean. value for money!

Cons: it's an old hotel, which means sheets and bedding etc tend to be old and you can feel/tell/smell it. but at the price point, no complaints.

Pros: The location is in the center of the town and you can reach it easily with the public transport (Line 1). The breakfast was amazing, exceeded all expectations and left nothing to be desired.

Cons: The room was pretty small but we only stayed there for a night so it was OK.

Convenient location, clean and value of money

Pros: Good location, and the breakfast was possibly the best I've had at a hotel. The hotel is very clean and my room's shower washroom ws perfect.

Cons: Not much: the room wasn't the biggest but the lack of on-site parking is unfortunate but with a little advance research I found secure covered parking a couple of blocks away.
