Comfortable hideaway in central Bergen
Pros: Breakfast was reasonably abundant and versatile, plus the breakfast area was arranged in a quite compact but relaxed way, so the sitting area was never crowded and you get all your food in at hand's distance. Hotel's chef surprised us by his proprietary way of frying eggs and it was delicious. I feel their aftertaste even today!)) Central location should be also mentioned as a particular advantage, which allowed us to walk conveniently to almost most of the downtown attractions.
Cons: I was missing my Japanese tea, but.... I know it's an excessive request and I was absolutely happy with the green tea provided. Otherwise, no particular concerns.

Right in the centre of Bergen, with comfortable beds and great staff.
Pros: Good location for us - we were staying overnight before a trip to northern Norway by ship. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: The level of lighting in the room was rather low, with dark furnishings and wall-coverings.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Oleana - highly recommend
Pros: We stayed at Hotel Oleana in Jan 2026. We loved the central location and the friendly staff! We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. We loved the hotel decor and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable and we loved our stay at Hotel Oleana.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like

Wonderful. Definitely will stay again next time.
Pros: Everything is wonderful – the location, the interiors, the overall atmosphere and comfort. The staff at reception and during breakfast were impeccably helpful and friendly. We'll definitely stay again next time.
Cons: The lighting in the room is beautiful, but dim, a bit depressing, and completely uncomfortable for reading or working on a laptop in the dark. But this is a common feature of many hotels in Norway.

Great location, clean and spacious.
Pros: 1) Centrally located, less than 3 min walk from Oslo central train station, if you exit from Yokoso restaurant located inside the train station. 2) Next to Karl Johans gate and walkable to Oslo Opera House and Munch Museum. Also close to other sights like Oslo Cathedral and Royal Palace. 3) Check-in and check-out are fully automated and super easy and fast to do. 4) Booked a standard double room which was large and spacious - plenty of walking and luggage space. Bathroom floor was heated and kept warm when bathing. Loved the large artistic hanging hooks on the wall to hang clothes and jackets.
Cons: No kettle for boiling hot water in the bedroom.

Delightful staff. Good location.
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed :) decent location.
Cons: Some of the pillows could have been better. Felt they needed replacing. But at least they included extra cushions on the bed. Breakfast was just okay. A bit cold. Bathroom tiles aren’t heated. But not a big issue.

It was really convinient for a short trip.
Pros: When it comes to breakfast, I like the fact that there's quality over quantity. The location could not have been better, easy access to everywhere! Our room was clean and it had a nice to the street. Special thanks to Karolina, who gave us an early check-in and late check-out which helped us a lot!
Cons: All though there could have been porridge, fresh juice, smoothies, fresh coffee (not from the machine) at the breakfast etc. to makes it feel more like a small boutique hotel. The warm dishes weren't warm enough eventhough they were under the lamp.

Colourful hotel in great location
Pros: Fantastic location in walkable distance but not right on top of the noise. The decor is eclectic and a bit arty. The breakfast room is quite beautiful with coloured velvet furniture. And the breakfast buffet was very very good.
Cons: Nothing actually.

Excellent stay overall. Comfortable
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the staff are amazing. The hotel is perfectly located and a bit quirky in the best possible way. Easy walk to the rail station and harbour.
Cons: A bit better lighting in the rooms would be nice
