Comfortable and accessible

Pros: Great location close to tram. Handy for a one night stay either side of a cruise. Accessible room was excellent for my needs as a wheelchair user. Breakfast was delicious…and a fantastic choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very central, beautiful hotel but pool facilities weren’t free.

Pros: The location was brilliant, super central. The staff were very attentive and polite. Room was spacious with great view. Beds also super comfy.

Cons: I don’t think it was well advertised pool facilities were an additional extra, even for hotel guests. I also think the price to then pay to go to the pool was too much!

Good place to stay for comfort, cleanliness and a good location in Bergen

Pros: Great location, good breakfast - room was good but a shame it was looking over a yard at the back - we were out a lot so it didn't matter so much - maybe an idea to ask about the placement of the room - really good breakfast and a nice bar for the evening

Cons: Placement of room could have been better but we should perhaps have asked ahead of time.

Comfortable and stylish stay in the centre of Bergen.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff, nice pool (warm) and spa area.

Cons: Room somewhat small, no place to hang towels, no button to turn off all lights by the bed, no view at all, could not locate the ironing board, very hard to find the gym etc the hotel needs many more signs to locate the gym, breakfast etc etc

A good hotel and a good location

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to get to from the airport on a train. The breakfasts are amazing , such a good variety of options to cater for everyone .

Indeed a true great experience to stay in Hotel Norge

Pros: The customer service was awesome and kind. My hotel was actually being cancelled due to delay in our rail timing and we went to Hotel Norge at a last minute period. The customer service was very kind to process our last minute booking and very seamless.

Beautiful hotel with amazing location and breakfast. A postcard from Bergen

Pros: Amazing location right near the metro station. The hotel is very good and the breakfast was outstanding. One of the best we ever had. We paid for the smallest room but it was quite good and confortable as well. The floor had heating and create a confy feeling

Cons: Just wish it had some AC as it heats up faster when we come from the outside
