Convenient and pleasant stay

Pros: Reception staff amazing and location is exceptional

Cons: couldn't adjust the room temperature particularly well apart from that very nice room

Unique small boutique hotel in the heart of Bergen

Pros: Breakfast is nice, and the possibility to take it upstairs to the lobby area and enjoy it with a city view and natural light is a plus. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they solved the issue very quickly and professionally. Really good central location, and the unique, beautiful room style is a highlight of this Hotel. Will book again!

Cons: Room descriptions on booking platforms could be updated to avoid misbookings and misunderstandings. Better and more accurate photos of the rooms would also be helpful.

Fabulous location, decor, facilities and the most friendly staff.

Pros: We were relocated to the sister hotel (hotel Olena) which is literally around the corner due to this hotel being closed. The Hotel Olena was fabulous- super clean, stylish, excellent breakfast, fantastic central location and the most friendly staff who could not do enough to make our family feel welcome (especially Henrique who was so kind to my young son who loves him!)

Cons: Nothing- it was fabulous!
