Pros: The room was larger than expected. Both the bathroom and the room were newly renovated with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds.

Great for short stay

Pros: Great value of money. Close to main attractions of Bergen & tram to airport. Nice that you can use lounge room all time, before & after check in. Unlimited tea, coffee & water. Huge plus for ice cubes. That was cool! You see it’s new facility. I will veritably recommend to friends & family.

Cons: Room was really small. For 5 people for 1 night enough, but longer time might be too claustrophobic.

Peaceful stay

Pros: The hotel has a very central location, with easy access from the airport. Most places can be reached on foot. It is a quiet and peaceful property. The staff were very thoughtful, providing extra heaters for guests who might feel the room temperature was not warm enough. Coffee and tea are available free of charge. Before arrival, all my questions were answered quickly and attentively. Many thanks to the entire staff. If I visit Bergen again, I will definitely stay here.

Good place to stay in the expensive Berger.

Pros: The hotel is fine and its free coffee machine it’s really nice. A special thank you to Dmytro, a very friendly and helpful guy!

Cons: If you are staying on a high floor, be aware that there is no elevator. There are no facilities for people with disabilities.

Nice room good central location

Pros: The rooms are decent for the price. There is a really nice lounge area where you can cook and eat.

Cons: It would be good to have a reception area for any queries, everything is done through a link.

Great location, would recommend!

Pros: Comfortable room, great location, and really nice common hang out area. Would recommend to anyone coming to Bergen, and would repeat if I’m ever back to the city.

Cons: Just to mention something, what I think was a foldable table was broken, but really nothing else to note.
