Wonderful place location and staff

Pros: Beautifully restored traditional old hotel. We had the top floor suite. Very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely wonderful receptionist…couldn’t be more helpful.

Cons: No problem for us but no lift to the rooms

Pros: Interesting historic house, newly renovated bathrooms and cozy atmosphere.

Cons: The bed was far too soft for my taste, but Norwegian beds tend to all be like this

Pros: Som de eneste gjestene på hotellet ble vi oppgradert til et større rom enn det vi hadde bestilt, uten ekstra kostnad. Frokosten var nydelig tilberedt og smakte godt. Meget hyggelig vertskap. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake og kan anbefale denne lille perlen i Valldal!
