Pros: Great location and fabulous view of fjord. Good breakfast. Room was on small side but comfortable. Parking was free.

Cons: Parking was limited. Hotel was a distance from township.

Pros: A truly spectacular view of the Fjord from my room I had dinner in the restaurant and the meal was superb (entree and main) - complements to the chef!

Pros: Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Position is hard to beat, with a stunning view of the fjord. Parking is a bit tricky and rooms not so big, but all is forgotten once you meet the great staff of the hotel, when you dine at the great restaurant. Very classic

Pros: Fabulous view if fjord, comfortable room and bed.

Cons: No elevator! Although lovely young woman helped with bags …..

A lovely hotel in the most magical location.

Pros: I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere with such a spectacular location. The rooms were admittedly a little dated but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Clearly, the whole hotel was very well maintained. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The free tea and coffee in the lounge for guests was a lovely touch . The breakfast was excellent and there couldn't have been a better choice. Also, the whole stay I felt, for the location, was great value for money

Cons: We ate in the restaurant in the evening, which I felt was a little on the expensive side( even for Norway!) A little bit of updating of the decor could help to freshen up the hotel.

Pros: Amazing location on top of Gerainger Fjord; having dinner, breakfast or simply a cup of tea enjoyning the view of Gerainger Fjord is something remarkable and unforgettable. Staff was kind and warmly welcoming, also at dinner time.

Pros: Fantastic old hotel on the side of the mountain with spectaculer views over Geiranger fjord. The food in the resturant was simply delicious and the breakfast perfect. The staff were both friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and comfitable. Highly recommended!
