Amazing

Pros: Everything was amazing! We came to celebrate our anniversary, they upgraded us to a luxurious room, and at the restaurant they saved us a romantic table. Everything was clean, indulgent, and the view was breathtaking! There’s free access to the sauna and the pool, and the pool overlooks the mountains

Cons: The water temperature in the outdoor pool isn’t warm enough.

Pros: Amazing location, comfy rooms, helpful staff and delicious food.

Top notch hotel in geiranger

Pros: This hotel was amazing from beginning to end. It had a great view, close to the pier for a nice fjord cruise. The family room came with 3 beds and breakfast and dinner. Food was good with lots of variety and change for 2 nights. The indoor pool was very big and the outdoor pool was nicely heated. You can see and hear the waterfalls which was very relaxing. Our son loved the game room downstairs with foosball, air hockey, dart and billiards. Definitely dont miss the vintage car museum in the basement. If you're in the area, you have to stay here.

Good hotel and must do on your Norway tour but touristy

Pros: Big modern hotel with roomy room and lovely views of fjord.

Cons: Very geared to feeding mass tourist and very child friendly.

Great View

Pros: A charming, traditionally styled hotel with many Norwegian weavings displayed in the lobby, giving it a unique character. Our room faced the fjord, offering an excellent view, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Lovely relaxing hotel and spa

Pros: The room was of a good size and very comfortable and warm. We really enjoyed the spa facilities and made use of them every night. The car museum in the conference basement area was interesting, as was the historic photos and information posted around the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a large of variety, and the food was fresh and well-cooked. We also had a dinner at the hotel and that was enjoyable too.

Cons: There was a greasy ring around the edge of the outside pool which clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. The bathroom of the room we stayed in had some mould that should have been attended to, and the shower door above the bath was missing the bottom plastic seal, so water leaked through onto the floor. Our towels were swapped only after one day, but I think it would be good if the hotel had an option for guests to signal that they did not need a towel change if they are hung on the rack like other hotels do, it would reduce the energy and environmental impact of unnecessary washing.

Beautiful and relaxing

Pros: The view from our room was amazing, bed was really comfy, hotel is in a great location and has everything you need. Staff are great and breakfast was lovely, the buffet in the evening had a lot of choice. The two pools are great and the spa is a great treat.

Cons: The shower in the room was in a position where it would always leak

Ideal place to stop while visiting Geiranger and relax in SPA

Pros: We like absolutely everything, but here is the list: - location - big parking with a lot of places - modern rooms - clean - quite - delicious self-service dinner for a reasonable price and breakfast included - SPA (pools outside/inside) included - ideal after a long trip to relax and enjoy the Fjord view - WIFI - near the Geiranger port station for Fjord cruises (5 minutes)
