We loved our stay, the breakfast was very good the place was clean and the area is beautiful

Pros: Very clean and central. Close to the Fjord which makes it fantastic.

Cons: The hotel is a bit dated and needs upgrading.

Nice views and friendly staff

Pros: The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had a nice view of the mountains, which made the stay more enjoyable.

Cons: There was no outlet next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient, and no bathmat was provided in the bathroom. I could also hear the guest upstairs walking, which made the room a little noisy at times.

Pros: Great place! The location was very convenient. Good food in the restaurant too. Staff very nice.

Pros: I was very satisfied with my stay (room 1139, 8.8.25–9.8.25). However, an electric kettle was not provided. As for the bathtub, when trying to empty the water after bathing, it overflowed outside. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the view was truly magnificent!

Pros: The hotel is beautiful; its only downside is the high price.

Exploring glaciars and mountains

Pros: Very nice hotel, parking close to the hotel - no extra payment, good hiking trails around. Great restaurant . Nice breakfast. Supermarket and charging station in front of the hotel. Great and helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing to complain

Pros: Beautiful location beside a river in the middle of the village. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony facing the river. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Dinner was delicious and well presented breakfast excellent , with plenty of choice.

Cons: Really all was great, apart from one reading light being broken, and some very noisy people above us.

Pros: Really enjoyed the view from the room. Breakfast had several options, and we really liked the atmosphere of the hotel.

Excellent experience that will stay in the traveling memory for a long time.

Pros: Comfortable very clean room. We were lucky to be allocated a room with a view to the fjord, which made to difficult to extract yourself from the balcony serenity. Front office staff provided helpful time advice for avoiding tourist bus surges!

Great hotel with great location, but not the best location of our room in the hotel.

Pros: Fantastic location and outstanding restaurant, our dinners outside at the fireplace with a view on the river have been excellent with great service. Excellent room for two guests, somewhat crowded for a family of three (two parents and one teenager).

Cons: Fjord view was only a partial fjord view (high hedges have been planted right in front of the balcony, we were at ground level), and the room was at a noisly street. To avoid street noise one could choose the river view. Be aware that during our stay each day 4 to 6 buses arrived with new guests for a one-night stop, i.e. avoid breakfast before 8:30. Note: they have dinner in a different restaurant in the hotel.
