Pros: Superb views to the lake (preference when booking). Nice service, good restaurant. Standard small rooms. Although it is a small town, it is definitely worth visiting

Pros: Price was good (including breakfast) as compared to other hotels in this region during peak season like July. Breakfast and the view was amazing. Fuelling station and grocery store is in front of the hotel.

Cons: Light was not good in the room.

Pros: Wonderful place! The hotel is located in a very quiet village at the coast of the deepest lake in Europe – Hornindalsvatnet! The rooms were clean, the beds were very soft and comfortable, with warm blankets as it gets quite cold during the night. The rooms had great views towards the lake and because of that we got to (kind of) see the Northern lights! The hotel also has a nice garden, where you can relax at the sight of the beautiful Norwegian nature. For convenience there is also a supermarket close by. We had a wonderful time there and we’re looking forward to coming back again someday!

Pros: The view from the fjord facing room is heavenly.The staff was excellent with nice breakfast.My daughter specifically asked for chocolate milk & the staff was kind enough to provide that which wasn't there in the breakfast.

Pros: The location of this hotel is great, with a amazing view on the water and mountains. The Hotel is rather Basic, but clean. Friendly staff.

It is definitely not 4**** Hotel now.

Pros: Good location. Tasty breakfast. Nice stuff. Room equipped to cook a coffee. Great lake view. Free parking place in front of the building. It is Spar supermarket near the hotel. Good WiFi in the room. Additional baby bed (cot) was provided for our small daughter (we asked in advance).

Cons: Overall, the old room. Strange flavor inside building. Some lamp bulbs in the room were missing. The elevator was out of order. It was difficult to reach the 4th floor with 2 y.o. baby. One of the tea spoons in the room was dirty, it looks like it was used by a previous guest. WiFi in the restaurant on the 2nd floor was poor. The baby bed was very old and partly broken. It is a bit weird to pay for it 250 NOK extra.

Cosy. Perfect view and great stay with a dog

Pros: Very noce and cosy. Clean. Friendly staff. We were with a dog - perfect stay with a dog also:) view from balcpny with a deepest lake in Europe was amazing. Also we can swim in a lake.
