Wonderful hotel in postcard location

Pros: Amazing location on the Fjord. Great base to explore the area.

Cosy hotel by the water with the fantastic view over the fjords

Pros: Great little hotel directly by the water with perfect views over the fjords. Fantastic breakfast with plenty options to choose from. Cosy reception with the fireplace and very helpful staff. Very quiet after the peak season.

Pros: Nice location, authentic rooms but not all staff is friendly and there is not much to do (all bikes were broken down)

Very nice hotel in beautiful location

Pros: Good choice at breakfast, evening dinner was excellent.

Cons: Cooked breakfast to order would have been better as eggs were like rubber and overcooked.

Overall great stay

Pros: Awesome location, comfy beds and very friendly staff

Cons: It would be great to have air conditioning in the rooms, as keeping the windows open means you wake up early due to the gulls on the roof. Additionally, since some rooms (and their windows) face the restaurant terrace, you probably don’t want to keep the windows open either.

Great experience, great location, room a little tired

Pros: Great location, good breakfast, good walks in the area. Hotel communal areas also very good.

Cons: Room a little small and dated.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, with quality service and food.

Pros: Best location for active and exploring vacation. Super evening restaurant, simple menu, but the best halibut and steak… Stunning location. Super helpful staff.

Cons: Coffee at breakfast. Bread, but that seems to be general in Norway. A bit worn down, but seems busy to get in top of that, as multiple repair jobs were happening.
