Magnificent view - Great Breakfast - Needs a shuttle service in winter months

Pros: Fabulous view right up the middle of the fiords from all rooms Excellent included hot breakfast

Cons: The walk along the boardwalk from where the ferry berths and the train station with large suitcases in winter with snow and ice can be challenging Including a shuttle service would greatly improve the experience for travellers loaded for a long trip or older customers

Very nice view, absolutely worthy

Pros: Awesome view, great room with balcony, nice staffs. Small breakfast buffet but has almost everything.

Cons: 6mins walk from town centre(etc station and ferry), can use broad walk but due to cold day they all iced and slippery.

A stunning location, close to the station and other amenities and a cosy room with lounge/balcony.

Pros: What a location! We only wished we'd stayed at least another night. Don't be concerned that it's a short walk from the station - it's easy, flat along the boardwalk - 5 minutes with luggage even in mid-winter with snow and ice. The location and room is well worth it. We ate dinner and breakfast there and both meals were very good. The staff and managers were great too, thank you. One of the highlights of out 3 week Norway trip.

Cons: Nothing to complain about - all good.

Pros: Love the view and how clean the room is. Facilities in room were great and adequate too.

Cons: Location is about 10mins walk from train station and port. Had to drag heavy luggages on icy roads which was not convenient

Great views and comfortable stay

Pros: I loved the views from our room overlooking the marina into the fjord. The bed and bunk bed were comfortable. The kitchenette and oven were a lifesaver to make meals. We also enjoyed breakfast and a number of meals at the restaurant.

Our stay was magical, the view was absolutely spectacular, the room was amazing and the snow was the icing on the cake.

Beautiful location, good facilities, highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, only a short walk from the station. Close to the floating saunas. Great outlook from the rooms that are spacious. Good buffet breakfast was included.

Cons: The kitchen and meals/bar area were closed at 8pm - it was advertised as 8.30.
