Overall good but not going to return as the waiter is rude

Pros: Room is clean, location beside the rail station and cruise & quality of dinner is great

Cons: Service at the restaurant is inconsistent, a female waitress is exceptional but a male waiter is rude

Perfect stay in Flam

Pros: A lovely small hotel in Flam, on the edge of the fjord. Very quiet, lovely room.

Cons: Thought it was quite expensive on booking, but the position and quality of the rooms were worth it.

Pros: A great location, very central to boat dock and train station. My room was very comfortable and spacious and had good facilities. Breakfast was included and was really good and lots of options.

Pros: Beautiful location, right by the waterfront. Very cosy looking hotel, 2 mins from where you get the fjord cruise and another 1 minute from the train station! Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant/bar area. The Viking pub is undergoing a renovation but they’ve tried to style part of the restaurant as a pub which was nice.

Cons: The room was soooo hot! And the mattress was very soft. The breakfast was also not great.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The front of house staff on reception made you feel like you were a valued guest and not just another guest. The food at the Flamstovva restaurant was absolutely delicious.

Pros: Room had a lovely view of the fjord; breakfast was not huge selection (could do with more fresh fruit), but was more than adequate; location excellent (short walk to boat quay and train station)

The paradise!

Pros: The whole hotel is very beautiful and cozy!!! All the staff were very attentive and helpful. It's a hotel to relax and feel like you're in paradise in the beautiful village of Flåm. The room is spacious, the bathroom is large and always clean...the bed is very comfortable for resting, but the best thing about it is the view of the fjord and the snowy mountains from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. If I ever return to Flåm, I would definitely stay here again.
