Clarion Hotel Admiral

Would stay here again!

Pros: The location of the Clarion Admiral is excellent. It is walking distance to everything, and the buffet breakfast was superb. Staff were also very friendly, and the barman obliging, giving us a table with a view. We were also happy with the room, the linen and the furnishings.

Cons: Our only criticism was the view from the bedroom - into a less than appealing courtyard. Perhaps this was because we requested a quiet room?

Expensive but, all in all, reasonable value for the location and food

Pros: Its location was great. View from the room directly onto the water was great. The mini balcony was fab. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of hot and fresh food. The staff were very helpful.

Cons: The lights in the room were limited/very dark. The bed topper moved around a lot in the night and the bed was maybe a little too soft

Pros: Location was excellent and staff very professional and welcoming.

Cons: Reaching room from lift was a bit of a hike.

Pros: Very nice room with beautiful view of the harbor. They even put a christmas tree in the room and hot cocoa 😊 very good breakfast with lots of variety. The reception staff was very attentive and helped with making the stay wonderful!.

Cons: Could do with renovation in the hallways. Music in the breakfast room was quite loud. I only wanted to have my room cleaned once in six days and they didn't do it because shortness of staff over christmas. I felt that was not a good excuse.

Pros: Close to sights, harbour and city. Comfortable beds. Ok shower pressure. Breakfast pretty good. Friendly staff.

Pros: Defintely a fantastic, convenient location. A casual stroll to the old town and closee to modern amenities and retail. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Being honest the room i booked was a bit squishy for 2 w luggage. Only stayed 2 nights so wasnt too bad but it was a bit cramped. Comfy but cramped.

Great location, modern decor

Pros: View from room was amazing, particularly with all the xmas lights. Location was ideal to explore town by foot. Decor was modern and comfortable

Cons: Breakfast seemed rushed literally closing on the dot of 09:30. Cooked food was lukewarm warm.
