Pros: All you can ask for: good food and an awesome room with a stunning view.

Pros: Cozy guesthouse in wonderful nature. Delicious meals. Pet friendly.

Cons: Parking drama in the morning.

Pros: It was a extarodrinary stay and surely one of a lifetime! We were able to experience it by pure chance, thanks to people who have cancelled on short notice..We won't ever forget the river singing us into sleep, the marvellous host, the wonderful breakfast and the overall experience at this unique place. Thank you!!

Super friendly people and beautiful mountain nature!

Pros: Super friendly and helpful people and very good food! Everything was very cozy and clean. Location is beautiful and with good outdoor activities around.

Cons: I didn't read the text good enough before booking so was a bit suprised that there was shared toilets. But this was my fault. The room was good size but the roof gets very low very quicly so room feels smaller than it is. The river is very noisy and especially since our room was facing the riversidr and it was a warm day/night and with no aircondition we wanted to have the window open.

Pros: Amazing location and beautiful circuit trail from the footsteps of the hotel!

A hidden gem.

Pros: What a gem. You feel yourself like you are at home. The owners are so helpfull and frendly. The diner was made with local products from their own farm. This location is beside a waterfall with nice walking paths around it. If I come back to Norway this will be my staying for more than 3 nights.

Cons: Nothing.

It's a delightful place to stay, because it's Norway at its best.

Pros: The pensjon and its surroundings are really special, and the owners make it a very personal experience. The home cooked meal was lovely, as was the breakfast.

Cons: Shared bathroom is not our preference, but at least there was a basin in the room.

Pros: Fantastic locational hospitality. Make sure to spend a little time at least walking around the property

Cons: Stairs to get to room could be tricky for some. Reduced head height in bedroom due to traditional building design. No other villages nearby

Great Basecamp to explore the surroundings.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant was very reasonably priced for good food. The surrounding area was great. ( Local walk + super Gamle scenic road). Staff was very friendly. They really do their best to create a great place.

Cons: The place itself is rather expensive in comparison to what you get. (Small rather dark room, shared bathrooms, no towels but on the other hand fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and super location) So nothing wrong with this Pensionat but we experienced better value for money elsewhere in Norway.
