Pros: Staff polite and very friendly, got free room upgrade. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Location is not so far from Folgefona national park, Odda and Trolltunga. All this places can be reached in one hour.

Lovely spot. Excellent hostel

Pros: Firstly this is a budget hotel/hostel. Rating it as such it was excellent. The staff were attentive, the food was good and hearty. And just up from the ferry.

Cons: Nothing for the price, but it isn't a four star hotel!

Would stay again!

Great place to stay for family, sporty people and nature lovers!

Pros: It was extremely difficult to get pet friendly accommodation around that area, but we could get a room at last minute. The owner was friendly and very customer oriented. The style of the hotel may not what you have expected if you require a fancy hotel vibe, but it didn't bother us at all. All you need is a lovely host and relaxing atmosphere in such wonderful nature country!

Cons: The location is a little bit inconvenient if you need to dining out as there are hardly any restaurant near by. But it's the same if you stay at other accommodation in the same village. At least some supermarkets are around so you can buy the stuff until 21,00, alternatively the hotel owner could serve you a dinner (each day's menu is decided).

Pros: Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Good location for our Kayaking trip and for the onward ferry towards Bergen.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Great place to stay

Pros: Staff were welcoming and helpful. It was in town close to the ferry which was great for us travelling by bicycles. Shops within walking distance

Very comfy, 100% recommended!

Pros: Staff was very kind and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Outside the room had plenty of common space where we were able to enjoy meals, relax and watch tv. It also has a trampoline which was very nice. Breakfast had lots of different things including smoked salmon, which was very nice! Superb location, the bus for the glacier has a stop right in front of the hotel!

Pros: The room was nice, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was quite nice. I was the only one at the place mid August, but the staff made me bacon and eggs, and there was mostly everything from a buffet.

Cons: The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and the bathroom washbasin wasn't draining well, and the lamp over the basin wasn't working, but the main lamp was bright enough for shaving.
