Good hotel for the area

Pros: The view was very nice. The bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was good. Beds were nice size and comfortable

Cons: The room temperature was a tad hot so we had to open the door.

Pros: A huge selection of items at breakfast. One of the best buffets ever. The room was quiet and we slept well

Cons: Our room was a LONG way from the car park and restaurant.

Pros: - location - free giant parking with a lot of places - Frjod view - delicious paid self-service dinner and breakfast included - clean - quite

Cons: - rooms can be updated in the future - navigation could be tough as the building has several buildings

Great value for money

Pros: The thing I really loved was that, unlike other grand hotels, there was no pretension or extortion here. Useful amenities were offered free of charge or at a nominal cost. This included a coin operated laundry and tea-making facilities, with the cleanest kettle I’ve ever seen. Rooms were clean, buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent, staff were professional. What more could you want?

You will miss here if you stay there once!

Pros: It was an amazing stay. We had last minute booking and therefore expensive. But the service, the breakfast and the room we got, it worths the money we paid. View and neighborhood is just amazing. We will go there again just for short break.

Cons: Really nothing. They cooperated even for the dinner. We arrived late. We did not want to eat but just a bit of accompany with my son and they accepted that without asking for extra and I was OK to pay half-board for myself!

Pros: Hotel is amazing with a view on the fjord and mountains around. Lobby is large and comfortable. Room was clean however bathroom was very aged and small. Staff were lovely and breakfast was very good!

Very nice location- staff are nice - room had fab view.

Pros: Hotel is in a great location. It’s a nice place to stop to break up the bus ride from Bergen to Alesund. Dinner and breakfast was grand. The view from the room was amazing.

Cons: The bathroom - it’s tiny and the bath / shower is functional at best. It’s grand for one night.

Pros: Everything was fantastic! The location. Beautiful room with stunning view and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast. Easy check in.

Cons: Only tiny thing missing was some coffee cream or milk in the room. Otherwise nothing to fault.
