Awesome place

Pros: First the location, in Norway you get beautiful Nature, this setting is in the middle of it, the view of the Fjord ia amazing the home reflects the history of the area, and is kept with this in mind, pictures and books of the history of the Area and the family home Lars was so welcoming, although i was there for work you still get the feeling or pride in the history from him i have travelled the world through work and do not like Chain hotels and the corporate feel, i have been to this area before, and love it !

Cons: shared facilaties, although they did block off one bathroom for my rooms use, a sink in the room would be nice i think the room i used probably had one in its past,

Pros: Lovely hosts, very pretty historic building and a perfect place to stay!

A wonderful stay with nice people

Pros: Marianne and Lars are super enthusiastic and nice people who do their very best to make their guests as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is worth mentioning apart from this, that was superb with fresh salmon and a lot more to choose from.

Cons: Nothing, the place is more than a century old but the bathrooms are up to date and everything else is just what you may expect from such an old ( but very cozy) place

Authentic piece of rural Norway, a hidden gem.

Pros: It is a hidden gem. If you want to go back to times when you visited your relatives in rural areas + the most spectacular view and unmatched hospitality - this is what this place is about.

Cons: That it is not promoted enough. Many people must be missing out.

As a group of 12, we absolutely enjoyed our time at the property. We wish to stay for longer!

Pros: Love the breakfast. All the fresh local produces :) And our hosts, they are fabulous

Beautiful authentic farm with modern comfort

Pros: Modern utilities in authentic environment Nice modern bathroom that looks like a country house with very comfortable standard Very nice furniture, also historical furniture Heating system in the room Bedrooms with themes (photos on the walls) Amazing view Tasty home-made breakfast served in cozy rooms (local food - a huge variety: cheese, jam, eggs, honey, fish, butter, amazing bread) Very clean and comfortable Use of Norwegian high quality products Beautiful cups for tea and coffee The owners are so welcoming and provide excellent service Warm atmosphere and peaceful place

A peaceful and comfortable stay on a farm with a lot of history.

Pros: The location is off the beaten path and the property lovely with wonderful views. The breakfast was more than adequate. The host not only offered info on the breakfast products but gave me a most informative tour of the property.

Cons: I have no complaints at all.

Pros: L’endroit semble un peu perdu mais on y va pour ça. Lars nous accueille dans sa belle maison. La vue est incroyable et on a vu un élan.🫎

Cons: Rien

Pros: Flotte historiske omgivelser, utsikt og god frokost med lokale oster og spekemat. Flott fellesstue med varme drikker.
