Best choice in Molde

Pros: Many things, the lady at receprion very nice and helpful, the room very cozy with everything you need, the location excellent, you have the cruises and buses for tour in front of your room. I had two sides to the streets view, when I arrive in the afternoon there was no building facing my room. The morning after there was a 15 storey building? No! It was the MSC Preziosa! The restaurant was beautiful, I had breakfast and choices were unlimited, not only for food but space. You could find table for one or group and areas that are more private than others. Besides, you are allowed to keep your luggage at reception after checking out.

Cons: Can't tell.

Pros: Location was perfect for me as it was right across the harbour where the cruise ships and havila stop. I arrived at 22:40 in the evening there was staff at the reception constantly. Very friendly people. My room had a balcony and mini fridge. There was also an ironing board in a closet. Nice big bed in the room. From the bed you saw whatever cruise ship was docked at the moment or the water. Depending on your feelings this can be a good or bad thing. Molde isn't a big place but the location is very central. A good breakfast buffet that is served by the restaurant next door (you don't have to go outside to get there). You could hear people entering their rooms from the hallway etc, but you couldn't hear them when they were in their room so the noise insulation was good (at least in my room)

Cons: The toilet and sink in the bathroom are very low to the floor... it seems like one of those children toilets you sometimes have at campings or pools or something.

Pros: The location is excellent, only a 5-7 minute walk from the bus station. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean and quiet. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Cons: It seems like the staff at the downstairs hotel restaurant, Egon, are from different teams. The breakfast team was very nice and friendly, but the dinner team was quite rude.

Had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. It was in a great location.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with views across the fiord. The breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant for dinner.

Cons: Bathroom a bit cramped.

Pros: Breakfast was very well served & a lot of variation & choices. Also they had a nice assortiment of gluten- lactose free products.

Nice hotel, if you want to be in the town

Pros: Hotel was located in town and staff were welcoming and helpful. Food in the restaurant was delicious!

Cons: View from our room and being woken early by a lorry under our window

Comfortable, convenient hotel central in Molde.

Pros: Reasonably priced hotel very central in Molde, close to all facilities, two minutes' walk from the theatre and cultural centre. Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff.

Cons: The bathrooms were a bit too small.

Pros: Outstanding location - we disembarked from one of the Havila ships - and the hotel was steps away. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very good.
