A beautiful hotel with a magnificent view over mountains and Molde fjord.

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and the rooms and terrace overlook the Molde fjord. Perfect spot to watch a sunset over Atlantic.

Fantastic location & sea and mountain views, great food

Pros: Location, overlooking the waterfront. The fact we had a balcony with a view over the water and could see nearly 70 peaks beyond. We also caught the golden hour light - at dawn and dusk. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff extra friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nor so much didn't like as observations ... Strangely, no water glasses or sugar for coffee in the room. A minor oversight and something we could overcome. And, be warned, the taster menu courses do add up to a very substantial meal. We were stuffed full by the end, and took 2/3 of the cheese course with ua for brunch the next day!!

Pros: Fantastic view from the room. Even in bad weather you can view the passing ferries and cruise ships, also wonderful breakfast. Clean room and comfortable beds.

Great, but it would have been perfect if they could guarantee what we booked for.

Pros: The hotel is elegant and beautiful. Very clean and the breakfast was good.

Cons: We booked two double rooms and one room with separate beds. At our arrival they told us that they did could not guarantee separate beds, and that is was just a «wish» at the booking.
