Nice place to stay, even morning or evening walking. Recommend for family.

Pros: I booked a room for 6 though we were two, river view with quite enough facilities for the family, very comfortable. Parking place is right next to the house.

Cons: The floor were not clean and you need to dress your own bed(s), no hairdryer, throw trash after check out.

Warm and cosy

Pros: The lodge was really cosy, the views were incredible. Everything was in the right place. The beds were eery comfortable and overall everything was very clean

Cons: The bistro was only open once during our week stay. There were no food options at all apart from cooking on your own.

Cozy stay near the Oslo - Bergen train line

Pros: We liked our cabin a lot, it was super cozy and next to the river rapids. Our daughter enjoyed the outdoor playground and the trampoline area. The bistro was open on the day we arrived so we enjoyed some food there. Great stop on the Bergen - Oslo train line.

Cons: The bathroom drain was a bit smelly

Riverview cabins

Pros: Traveled on Easter with the family. Very nice cabins with riverview. Quiet place in wintertime. Good fireplace but bring your own wood. Bedclothes included, packed and very clean. For the price it is a top! Will certainly come back.

Cons: Online checkin and cabin access can be tricky through all the links and web pages. Little information provided about it and the stuff is only available within the opening hours.

One of the best Christmas spend with my family.

Pros: First of all the location is perfect for nature exploration, skiing or enjoying some quite time with family or friends. The cabin (only couple of meters from river) was modern and bright with huge windows, excellent views, spacious and completed with everything we needed. Groceries shops around 5 min walk. And because we arrived and left during holiday time we appreciated cabin key collection/drop from safe. We and our kids in their 18s lowed everything about the cabin and surroundings.

Amazing stay, we all want to go back next year!

Pros: Beautiful cabin, amazing location, wonderful landscapes. Cabin was stylish, clean and cozy

Cons: The only thing was that on our Keys the number said 103, while in fact our house had two Numbers attached to the building: 128 and 3. It took us a while to figure out which cabin is ours.
