Good accomodation in Rjukan

Pros: Close to the centre of Rjukan, plenty of parking next to the Hytte, the underfloor heating in the shower room is great for the feet and drying gear.

Cons: Quite pricey. Could do with some extra small pans, the place we had sleeps 3 but the pans are big enough for a football team.

Pros: Good location within Rjukan near Kro restaurant. The units are very comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Very helpful staff at check-in and helping us when we had car issues.

Cons: As we made our own beds as we paid separately for the linens and towels? While doing it, the beds was quite dusty.

Pros: The cottage was great and modern. I only stayed one night but would gladly stay longer. Its right there in the center of town. Their own restaurant served great food and the kitchen was open till 22:30h.

Good choise in Rjukan, for overnight stay when passing or for longer visit.

Pros: Modern and roomy cottage with kitchen and own parking place. Good location near Rjukan center.

Cons: Bunk bed. No casting in TV.

Good for families

Pros: Simple, quite and clean cabin, good location to visit attractions in Telemark. The kitchen was fully equipped for the 4 of us. The 2 - bedroom cabin has narrow staircase to the upper bedroom.

Good place for family with kids.

Pros: The location is perfect for family with kids. Swimming pool is just next to the place. Nice relax space around the cottage.

Cons: Kitchen items, pot and pan etc. are a bit old.

Pros: Would like to have stayed longer There was a small container with complementry coffee by beside the MoccaMaster machine so if we came later than able to by the black liquid we had enough for a can😍 Well done ☕️☕️☕️☕️

Cons: This is being a gripe: toilet roll was not in the dispenser it was beside it.😜 The shower head holder was loose a quick fix if I had tools🤣

Excellent

Pros: Excellent location close to ski resort Geilo, but still being affordable. This particular hut at the edge of the park has a nice view on Hallingskarvet and the other mountains in the environment. In the backyard of the hut starts a trail to a small lake which is excellent for practicing cross country skiing. Groomed trails (loype) are close.
