Thoroughly enjoyable stay great location

Pros: The hotel is ideally located within a short walk from the station it has a lovely view across Geilo with easy access to the slopes from the rear of the hotel. We stayed in a standard double room facing the internal courtyard which was fine The room was large and the bathroom was small but had everything we needed Excellent breakfast Would highly recommend staying here…we will definitely be back

Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great location by slopes with ski rental below. Lovely breakfast. Goof facilities and helpful staff.

Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in room. Bathroom little dated/old .. needed but of a refresh. Gym good but bit warm in there to do too much!

Pros: Great location, stunning views across the valley. Our children loved the swimming pool and roof-top jacuzzi. Great choice of food at breakfast

Pros: It's a very special hotel, set on an elevated position looking over Geilo, the decor rooms and friendliness of the staff always make you feel valued. From the reception staff and the chef who cooks breakfast all made my stay memorable. I will definitely return

Cons: Only issue was I ran out of shower gel and conditioner but was soon put right!!

Cons: Our room had a musty smell and the bathroom had mould in places.Bathroom was tiny.

Pros: excellent breakfast; multiple options; we enjoyed. The room is fine in an old/classic hotel ... well maintained. Great location on my way from Oslo to Bergen.

Pros: Charming and comfortable hotel. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. Very nice lobby rooms. Also had a delicious 4 course menu at the restaurant. Will come back for sure.

Cons: Unlike the rest of the hotel, the rooms are a little rundown. Still very comfortable though.
