Pros: It was nice and clean. In the lobby there were some fun games, throwing balls, board games etc. Advise to try them 😉

Fantastic modern hotel, convenient location for visiting Runde island.

Pros: Fantastic modern hotel with great facilities. Location very good for visiting Runde (puffins) - about 40 minutes drive. Really nice room with great bathroom. Breakfast excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No coach parties!

The best beds in the world (so far)

Pros: The beds were so comfy, the mattress, linen and pillows, I woke up at home this morning missing that bed

Cons: The cleaning rota for the room. They don’t change the sheets or make the bed and we were there for a four night stay! The cleaning manager told us when we queried this that they don’t make the bed or change the bed unless we specifically ask them, just mop, change the towels and empty the bins. Which is just weird

Great relaxing overnight stay

Pros: This was an unexpectedly excellent hotel. Plenty of free parking right outside and a small shopping centre just over the road for any essentials. The bed and bedding were good as were the towels and hot water. The layout and storage of the room was good and the breakfast selection and quality were excellent. We had a room with a balcony which would have been great except for the heavy rain! All the staff we encountered were professional and helpful.

Cons: Although there was no noise from the room next door it would have been good to be able to request a room that did NOT have a connecting door (we have had issues in the past).

Pros: Huge modern rooms, amazing view over the sea, very clean, friendly staff, best breakfast quality and variety I have ever seen. Charlie is a star!

Comfortable hotel centrally located.

Pros: The room was very nice and the breakfast had lots of things to choose from. We arrived later than the normal checkin time but we called ahead and it was no problem checking in late (reception was open 24h).

Very good hotel at a great location!

Pros: Very good hotel in a nice town. Rooms were very good but stylewise slightly outdated in comparison to the very new interior of the hotel. But nevertheless well kept and functional. Food and bar were excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful and showed sincere interest in their guests. We really enjoyed our stay and will return in the future!
