Pros: Breakfast was amazing, good location, clean and comfortable. I gave it 9/10 only because the bathroom was so small it was hard to move otherwise I'd give it a 10/10. A great stay overall.

Pros: Spacious room, good views. Good shower. Plenty of choices for the breakfast.

Cons: It was very hot in the room and air conditioning didn’t help. Electric installation awkward, as it had to be lights on if you wanted coffee machine to work.

overall, very happy with my stay

Pros: my standard room was not very big, but it was well appointed good bathroom comfortable bed the breakfast was excellent

Cons: Bit disappointed that it was advertised with a picture of a heritage building, but in fact I was in a separate very ordinary building behind and my window looks straight into the reception area of the main hotel not that great

Pros: Great breakfast, friendly staff who were very helpful. Lovely big room. Very comfortable bed. Ability to adjust room temperature. Close to train station.

Cons: Bathroom a bit too tight and lacked storage space.

Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: The breakfast spread is wonderful, and it's an added bonus that they list allergens for each food. They offer smoothies, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and a good variety of hot and cold foods. The single rooms are small but very comfortable, and the location is excellent.

Cons: The room was overall clean, but it bothered me thay it had obviously not been vacuumed - the carpeted floor was quite dirty. There was also quite a bit of construction going on on our floor, which obviously is fine as it does have to happen! But some warning and perhaps some discount could have been a nice touch from the hotel (drilling started before 8am and it's not quite the same experience).

Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: The staff were super helpful at reception. There was coffee in the morning. Being able to make a hot drink when you wanted one was great. Centrally located. I wish I had book Thon through my whole trip. It was the extras keep up the good work. Umbrellas in the wardrobe lovely. Breakfast included fabulous.

Great hotel, modern enough, in a great location. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

Pros: Breakfast had lots of delicious options and plenty of seating. The location was amazing; just like 50metres from the train station from which I arrived so just wheeled my suitcase. Everything was just easy; check in, getting around from there, lots of places to eat around.

Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.
