Pros: Hotel reception and entrance were very welcoming and helpful. Staff were fantastic especially in the bar. The cocktail person was exceptional. The room was beautiful and very clean. Bathroom was spacious and well decorated. East walking distance to visitor attractions and parking is a short walk from hotel.

Cons: The spa facilities were nice but there were a few things out of order during our visit. We were not told of these things during booking as the spa is an extra charge. however we did get refunded when we checked out.

Pros: Amazing breakfast, highly competent bar staff, great lunchtime food and more

Cons: Only negative thing was that on our return from the Guns and Roses concert we were not able to stay in the bar area despite there being space for us. Some tables had been reserved but were not used. We were not informed that it was necessary to reserve tables for later in the evening during the hours we spent there for lunch / early afternoon. Suspect that tables may have been reserved for some celebrities that never showed up - later that night we were allowed back in the bar area and got a table
