A place of comfort

Pros: The staff are always attentive. Its a wonderful relaxed environment. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Walking distance from main centre and near the train station. Grest views of the lake.

We liked our stay.

Pros: We stayed at family room. It was spacious, coffee machine in the room. Extra pillows. Good breakfast.

Cons: Payed parking outside the hotel or free parking 5min walking from hotel. Also, some day curtains would be nice as office building in front of the windows doesnt give any privacy.

Perfect hotel

Pros: Very nice and polite staff, location is great, rooms are good.

Cons: I have stayed 3 nights. The warm buffet (eggs and pancakes) was always cold. I believe the warm buffet is broken. I have notified staff, they changed food, but in 5 min buffet got cold again.

Helpful staff, quiet room, great location right next to the food court

Pros: The straff was very helpful. The room was quiet. The pillows were soft, and there was an extra pillow. The great location allowed me to spot their food court (matkvarteret), as even someone with very little time can spot something 50 meters from the hotel entrance;)

Cons: The shower was a bit warm and hard to regulate. But staff came to help :P

Nice place to stay in Hamar - but with a few little flaws.

Pros: I have been here several times, so i knew what to expect. Especially the huge breakfast buffet is amazing! Not really crowded this time, so we basically had the breakfast almost for ourselves! Rooms are comfy and clean, bed is almost too comfy (especially if you have a bad back). We were visiting friends and took a stroll down Hamar beach, all the city center restaurants are nearby and the railway station is basically across the street.

Ok, not fabulous but acceptable

Pros: Excellent location, breakfast is exceptional. Room not as described, smaller and darker than photos. Internal window ( one not 3, premiere business room) bathroom lovely, hot shower and comfy bed.

Cons: Hard to find. No Thon sign. In Victoria Hotel. Room ok but definitely not as in photos. No view at all. Parking a 5 minute walk away (railway underpass)

Svært hyggelig i hjertet av Hamar- topp service!

Pros: Resepsjonist ladet for meg, hadde glemt lader. Fikk oppgradert rom, veldig takknemlig for dette. Nydelig frokost og hyggelig personal. Særlig i frokostsal.

Cons: Jeg glemte å booke direkte via Thon no. Derfor mister jeg dessverre bonuspoengene mine. Men skal huske det når booker Thon Peer Gynt Vinstra neste uke. :) Ellers topp service og beliggenhet. Nydelig vin på naborestaurant Nagomi.
