A good, friendly hotel.

Pros: The staff were very friendly. The lounge area was so cosy with the roaring fire. The New Year's Eve meal was so good. The shower in the rooms was lovely and hot. The beds were comfortable.

Cons: The heating in the rooms didn't work very well which made them quite cold. There's was a small fan heater in the wardrobe which was very effective. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds but the furniture in the rooms was quite tired and would benefit from an upgrade. As for position of the hotel. It was a bit of a hike from the town and all up hill. The 1st night after hiring skis etc., with 4 children age 2 to 15, we had to walk back as we couldn't figure out bus times and it was a very difficult walk all up hill. Just something to bear in mind as there are not many lockers at the gondola. It did state there was a heated pool but it wasn't open and I didn't realise it was outdoor.

Perfect 'classic' hotel. We felt like luxury travellers in the 1950s.

Pros: Great 'classic' hotel. Great personal service. We felt like we were back in a luxury hotel in the 1950's. Very good treatment, very nice atmosphere.

Cons: Unfortunately 6 out of the 8 people in our group got sick the next morning and day with vomiting and intestinal problems. And we all together had the same dinner the night before in the hotel...

Would definitely consider this place again

Pros: Warm, well equipped (although having a washing machine would be useful), wonderful reception staff and decent views from the living room.

Cons: Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The double room consisted of two singles joined together with a gap in between so not really ideal. We’ve found it rather difficult to sleep on a single bed each.

Rigtig dejligt sted.

Pros: Meget veludstyret lejlighed (vi boede i 601). Der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Alt fungerede som det kan forventes. Dejlige værelser og gode senge.

Cons: Desværre er busforbindelserne til alpincenteret om morgenen ikke særlig gode, så vi brugte bilen hver dag. De er bedre på vejen tilbage hvor de kører en gang i timen og holder direkte foran hotellet.
