Hardanger Basecamp

Pros: The spot where it is located at the end of the Hardanger Fjord is amazing and very very quiet (unless there is a storm).

Cons: The beds were good and soft. The rest of the equipment in the Jurte very very basic.

Very nice and interesting experience to stay in an yurt.

Pros: The yurt was very clean, the toilets and the douche area, as well.

Cons: The dishwashing lichid was missing. And maybe it would be an idea to have a table or something to put the washed dishes on.

Comfortably back to basics relaxation - wonderful.

Pros: Fantastic location, so calm and peaceful! Right next to the fjord. Cafeen was great. Great undercover camp fire area for sitting out even when it’s raining. Good showers.

Unique opportunity to really go back to basic, in beautifull nature

Pros: Excellent experience! Very special, hardly any people, truly back to nature!!

Back to nature, we enjoyed it

Pros: We enjoyed nature and fortunately also benefited from great weather. We stayed three nights and would do it again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are also kayaks, rowing boats, fishing rods and bikes for hire. There is a fireplace with free wood in front of each yurt. The evenings by the fire were very cozy. The sanitary facilities are cleaned daily and are correspondingly clean.

Cons: Our yurt was the furthest away from the sanitary facilities (5min walk) and breakfast (7min walk). The roof over the fireplace is very low and directs the smoke to the yurt. The small skylight in the yurt cannot be darkened and in summer it hardly gets dark outside. The cooking utensils (incl. plates and cutlery) must be rented separately. This fee for the cooking add-on is not worth it for short stays, but you kind of need it.

Pros: The peace of the fjord and the resort and the whole team of the Hardanger basecamp

Om nooit te vergeten, zo’n mooie plek!

Pros: Het is een geweldige ervaring om hier te verblijven….. de accommodatie is erg comfortabel in gericht. Erg goede bedden en het sanitair is enorm schoon. De locatie is echt uniek, je waant je hier echt even helemaal alleen. In de ruige Noorse natuur vind je hier echt rust. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd op ook een heel bijzondere plek! Het bezoeken echt waard!!

Pros: Fantastische plek midden in de natuur van het Osa fjord. Omdat we de enige waren, werd het ons Fjord😊 We zaten dicht bij het toilet gebouw

Cons: Andere toeristen, je gaat er wel heen om anderen te ontmoeten. Vanwege personeelstekort helaas dus geen bezoekers meer. De befaamde pannenkoeken als ontbijt was er gelukkig nog wel! De yurt waar we in zaten was behoorlijk warm en ventilatie niet of nauwelijks

Pros: Le personnel, l'emplacement, le café et ses bonnes crêpes ( sucre belge et confitures)

Cons: Il manque 2 ou 3 choses dans le tipi ( petite table et chaise, une balayette et une cordelette pour accrocher le linge)

Helemaal goed. Zo wil je altijd op vakantie.

Pros: Prachtige plek, heerlijk in de natuur. Fijne stookplek.
