Loved this camping place

Pros: There is no doubt that the lake view is stunning! The outside area of the camping is awesome - well maintained grass, barbeque, kids playground etc. The camping is just 7 minutes drive from the town where you can stock on food for cooking. This was the first time we stayed in a camping and we didn't know about the camping culture - you need to bring (or rent) bedsheets and do your bed yourself. After your stay you need to clean for the next person. The bungalow was very basic - one room with beds, one kitchen with a sofa where you can hang out, and the veranda outside with a table and chairs.

Cons: The host was very nice and welcoming, but not very responsive to the booking.com messages. We wanted to borrow one of the boats for a couple of hours, but we didn't want to without asking. We couldn't reach the host so even today I don't know if the boats are available to rent or borrow.

Lovely cabin

Pros: Location was beautiful, especially the beach. The cabin was roomy and the front porch was perfect for airing out our wet gear. Staff was friendly and accomodated our late check in.

Great stay and location

Pros: Amazing location and a pretty decent comfortable stay.

Cons: Some confusion in booking but host was very polite and gave us an alternative.

Beautiful and peaceful

Pros: Spotlessly clean, very nice view, peacefull. Cabin was good size. Shower was good, welcoming staff. We will stay again and recommend :) Everything was as described, renovated, comfortable. Bed was food size, and we got linen as requested.

Cons: Nothing. Only that there was no salt in the kitchen.

Stunning views

Pros: The stunning view and the lake and green grass to relax the in front of the house

Cons: The bed linen it’s not included and there wasn’t any information about it

Great place for vacation with family

Pros: The camping is situated in outstanding location. The lake and the mountains around are so beautiful. Our cabin was clean and cozy.

Cons: There is no shelf or sideboard in the bathroom, so no place to put your stuff on

Pros: Great location at lakeside. The unit is very cozy for 5 pax.

A cosy cabin with beautiful views. Outstanding location.

Pros: Outstanding location, the cabin was cosy with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Loved my stay here after a long day of hiking.

Convenient campsite with a lovely view on the lake.

Pros: Beautiful view on a glacier lake Very clean and convenient for a family of 4. Excellent location to reach the glacier (eg. superb Bricksdal Glacier) Personal terrasse with a view on the lake.

Cons: The camping is close to the road (a few cars during day time). Hopefully there are almost no cars at night).
