Lovely location, comfortable cabin!

Pros: Quick and easy check in, nice location, and even a restaurant where we had some pizza for dinner. Everything was nice and clean and it was so great to swim in the clear blue water.

A charming place

Pros: The cabin is very beautiful and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The campsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The surrounding landscape is truly breathtaking — we’re leaving completely in love with the place.

Cons: The shower screen was not completely clean, but it wasn’t a problem, as we understand it’s difficult to keep it spotless.

What an experience!

Pros: Beautiful place! Great view! Friendly staff! We slept in a big tent with all comforts on the shore of the fjord. Wonderful!!!

Emergency pit stop for soaked biker!

Pros: Quirky wee wooden cottage with loads of space to sort out wet motorcycle gear!

Cons: No running water; but for the price and the fact that the kitchen facilities are a stones throw away, this was never a problem.

Pros: The room was right on the fjord. It was basic with no running water but cute, quiet, and clean. There are shared showers and toilets, much like a North American campground. There was a small kitchen in the cabin, and there is a communal one with more facilities- including a microwave, which seems rare in Norway campgrounds. There was an amazing sauna with glass walls and a view of the fjord. It looks like a mirrored box, but you can see our from the inaide. You need to book it, but it was a lot of fun getting hot and then jumping into the freezing cold fjord water. The pizza sold at the front desk/cafe was also very tasty. There is no real wifi to speak of, so it you want to be connected bring you own data.

We really loved this place! Highly recommended for short and for long stays as well!

Pros: It was really a stunning place with excellent view to the fjord. The cabin we rented was perfect for the four of us, we could sit outside and enjoy the view during our dinner. The receptionist was really kind and helpful, they made delicious pizza for us (because it was a national holiday and everything was closed).

Cons: There is really nothing we didn't like.

Pros: This is great value, a beautiful spot right on the fjord with a very friendly and helpful owner. There is a sauna as part of the site and we paid extra, but a very reasonable price for exclusive access right on the fjord. The site had all necessary cooking facilities too, small amounts in our room but the common areas there was more

Cons: We were hoping the bbq was on the balcony, but instead it is in a bbq hut (which was amazing) but different than our expectation from the photo

Pros: It was great here, the cabin is clean and the place is beautiful.

Pros: The location is amazing! As beautiful as on the photos - or even more beautiful! Everybody was super nice. Nice camping-side for one or two nights.

Pros: Beautiful view, calm and relax place. Recommend 100%.
