Excellent big house among amazing scenery

Pros: Excellent location in between all the sceneries. As it is off season it is a good value for the money. Very big and comfortable for our small group.

Cons: Some more necessary things like salt etc would be nice..as it is meant for big crowds more kitchen utensils were needed...

Pros: The information about the place from where to collect the keys should have been given earlier to avoid stress and confusion on reaching Flam

Despite some hiccups, our stay was great and comfortable

Pros: Clean, big ,comfortable, for 10 of us, with full kitchen for our dinners & breakfast making, very near the trail to Brekesenfoss, a leisurely 20 mins walk ( WITHOUT LUGGAGE) to the Flåm Centre, and Flam Fjord Sauna The reception was helpful in getting another driver to pick us up from Flam central to holiday home and we booked her again for last day to fetch us ( with our luggage) back flam to catch our train. Original driver injured himself and couldn’t fetch us to accommodation and for the Stegastein view point

Cons: The water heater system. I communicated a lot with host , Alexia, about activities we can do in Flam and transport, but forgot to check with the home facilities like water heater. I did receive message on day of arrival regarding water heater system, but too overwhelmed with checking in plus other unforeseen events,( like the pte transport driver, last min couldn’t fetch us to Stegastein view pt, Becos he injured his ankle ), that I didn’t read message about water heater. We checked in and some guys started bathing longer then usual and realized the next few of us had to shower quickly in cold water, as the water heater needed time to reheat water . Even with this knowledge, the next night, 5 of us got to bath very quickly in hot water, the rest still in semi cold water( at least not freezing cold water like night before) even after we gave an hour for the heater to heat up.

Perfect Stay in Flam

Pros: The house is big, charming and extremely clean. It provides everything one needs in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Very much appreciated the white, spotless sheets and bedding. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Quiet and peaceful area but still very easy to reach the town centre and the cruise terminal. Easy check-in and check-out, large parking area in front of the house and a very cute front yard. We highly recommend this property to anyone that wishes for a perfect stay in Flam.

Pleasant stay at pleasant location with dream view

Pros: breakfast was not included but we had kitchen for us

Cons: all the previous homes we stayed in had the very basic cooking stuff (salt, sugar, tea), it would have been nice if these things were there.

Excellent Overnight Stay

Pros: One night stay at start of a road trip. 2 Couples with lots of space for us in great surroundings. The town was very close too.

Pros: The hosts were warm and arranged an alternative stay for us since the original property had some ongoing issue. They upgraded us to a beautiful property and made sure we didn't have to look for last minute arrangements.

Pros: Paisaje precioso, la casa muy bonita, todo muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Genial !!

Cons: Si la cocina es de inducción las ollas y paellas deberian ser para inducción. Solo una paella y no va bien. Los cubiertos pocos y no muy buenos. Falta cichillo de pan. Un fluorescente fundido.

Pros: Det fanns gott om plats i både kök, badrum och sovrum. Fina omgivningar med både djur och vattenfall. Det tar ca 20 minuter att promenera från tågstationen till huset.

Cons: Inte så välstädat överallt. En av kylskåpen var trasigt. Det borde stå en lapp att det är ur funktion.
