Lovely stay and in a lovely part of the world

Pros: Cute little apartment in the middle of some stunning scenery. Had a nice little kitchen where we cooked some pizzas, easy to use, cleaning amenities and so on

Cons: About a 15 minute walk which can be a pain if you’ve got heavy suitcases. Also didn’t see any staff at reception

Fabulous location in beautiful countryside. The best of Norway!

Pros: What an amazing place, set in wonderful, peaceful surroundings yet not far from the centre of Flåm for all the activities and transport links. The day before we arrived, around 12 inches of snow landed and the hosts dug out the paths and made sure everything was toasty warm and comfortable. Great communication throughout. We had booked the shuttle but they emailed me to tell me it was cancelled and suggested alternatives.

Cons: It would be helpful to have more cooking utensils, eg microwaveable bowls, and a spatula/slotted spoon, as cooking with just a ladle or pasta server is challenging!

Easy check in . Hosts left comprehensive instructions. Comfortable , airy apartment . Well equipped and clean.

Pros: Clean, warm and comfortable. Well equipped. Within walking distance from hub of Flåm.

Value for money!

Pros: Overall the place is clean except for the water leaking incident in the kitchen which they sent someone to fix the problem. The apartment size is ok for 4 persons.

Cons: When we checked in at 4pm, there was a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. We are unsure where the water is leaking from...we called the checkin counter and they sent someone to fix the problem. As our apartment is near the barn area, the distance from city centre to the apartment is of a bit of a distance especially with the snow... if the luggages are not too heavy, it was quite an enjoyable walk.

Pros: View was amazing and the studio apartment was very clean with all amenities

Beautiful location

Pros: Location was amazing. Staff were super helpful and quick at responding Shuttle bus was very quick and efficient. Bed was so comfy. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was much appreciated

Cons: The hand soap. Very harsh - hands sore after only 1 day. Amenities were very good. Would have appreciated some tea, coffee milk sachets as were were travelling around with hand luggage and didn't have any.

Good value for money!

Pros: We have one nice night there, everything was fine and met expectations. We did not see the host, but it was not needed. Everything was smooth.

Good Stay, Good Environment

Pros: Value of money. Clean, the washroom's heater was great.

Cons: The heater in the living hall.not strong enough. Location a little far to walk during winter, but worth the money for what Im paying. The Staff never appear & not cobtactable.at all during the check.in time. it took us 15 minutes to found out on how to do self-check in. Few days before the trip, i did request for shuttle bus, no reply from the host at all.

Enjoyed the stay.

Pros: It was in the middle of a farm and the feeling of waking up in the morning and open the door on the vast view of the mountains was so unique while you have the chance to see the beautiful sheeps and cows on the greenery fields around the property.

Cons: It was a little bit far from the Flam’s port and the train station but it was worth it. When we enter the house the smell of chlorine was so intense that I had to burn incense.
