Pros: The location and the atmosphere around the building

Outstanding staff & breathtaking views

Pros: Paola offered outstanding service - any request we had, she found a solution! Good size apartments (we kindly had an upgrade as we were on our honeymoon) with all necessary amenities & was very clean. The view is breathtaking! That should be the sole reason why you book here - you won’t ever find a view like it! Location was great in Aurland, easy access to the cruise, sauna, stegastein & the local Spar shop (which is huge)!

Cons: Difficult to get to Flåm, so book a taxi in advance & agree a price with the driver in the phone. The bedroom was very small, so had to leave luggage in the lounge.

Excellent !

Pros: Location, Location, Location - the view over the Fjord. Very upmarket & high quality place and very well organised. The Italian lady at reception was very kind and helpful. Basement parking, useful in the extreme cold winters - 16C in the afternoons. Spar (grocery shop) is less than 100 m away.

Cons: There is no TV in the room but I don't think you are going to Aurland to watch TV !

Best place to stay!

Pros: This place make you feel that you’re in correct one and helps you fall in love with Norway. Perfect view, floating sauna next the building, supermarket and berth very closely makes stay very comfortable. You feel there that there are carrying about you and your stay. We were noticed about holidays, tips about places etc. And I want say “Thank you” to Paula, who helped us to get to Flåm, when we already were in despair. Thank you so much 🫶 For picking us up and this pleasant conversation. Our family grateful to you!

Cozy but extremely early check out

Pros: Location is awesome. Everything is really new and cozy. Easy parking.

Cons: Check out is at 10, which is ridiculous. We rented a fjord view studio and yes there was a fjord view but another building stood between our room and the fjord so not what we expected after seeing the pictures.

Pros: Perfect place to start your day in this beautiful village. We came late but the service was amazing when we called in late due to bad weather and the check in went smoothly. We will definitely come back.

Pros: The room was lovely and the beds were so comfortable. All the facilities are like new and we loved the position of the rooms

Cons: We had a bit of a hiccup checking in. We had booked a tour which fell at a time before out checkin and as the website mentioned that the office/shop would be open from 9am to 5pm, we felt assured that we could drop our luggage off before the tour. We found the office closed, without any notification on their website so missed the tour. Whilst the lady at the shop helped us to get onto the tour, it was quite a stressful start.

Wish we could have stayed long…

Pros: Had everything we needed. Lovely rooms, clean spacious and well equipped

Cons: Only thing is we didn’t have bath towels I. Our room but that was quickly sorted

Stunning fjord location

Pros: Stunning waterfront location on beautiful Aurlandsfjord. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Walk to shops cafes and restaurants and short drive to Flam and also to the Stegastein lookout.

Cons: All good
