Great place to stay

Pros: Absolutely lovely place. Beautiful lake mountains view, clean warm and great kitchen facilities. Highly recommend to any of my friends.

Very enjoyable stay - would stay again if revisiting the area

Pros: Very friendly host. Great view from cabin. Access to swimming in lake. Shower rooms very spacious, clean & homely. Large living space in cabin. Would happily have stayed longer.

Cons: Cooking facilities a little dated but we didn't need to use them anyway. Access to swimming in the lake could be improved, one pontoon damaged.

Very nice and quiet location

Pros: Good location and very peaceful surroundings. Private parking in front of the house.

Peaceful lakeside retreat

Pros: I stayed in one of the cabins near the lake and absolutely loved it. The cabins are adorable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The outdoor shower was comfortable. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. The view is stunning, and the whole place is perfect if you're looking to relax in nature and enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommended!

Cons: Overall, I really enjoyed my time at the cabin—the location is beautiful and peaceful. However, I believe towels and bedsheets should be available for rent or replaced more frequently. While they were clean, they felt a bit too used and worn. A small update in this area would make the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Spectacular views, cozy cabins, pleasant hosts

Pros: Houses have a spectacular view, and the hosts are very friendly and accomodating. They work hard to maintain facilities, and it shows. Bathrooms were always clean, the grass was cut, and our cabin was in great shape.

Cons: We went with kids, and if we have to name one thing that could be improved, it is the sandbox and playhouse. The boards on the patio of the playhouse are rotten and due to break soon, and the sand in the sandbox is very coarse and a bit overgrown with weeds. To be fair, we just saw it as a bonus that there were these things, and perhaps the hosts have already solved these small issues.

Pros: Individual cabin with a nice view that was clean and extremely spacious.

Cons: You could see some wear and tear of some of the things and the bathroom was quite small. The showers are in a different place and you need to walk outside ti them. 150 NOK for bed sheet and towel is a little bit expensive but not that bad.

Great stay!

Pros: Bathroom shared but luxurious and huge. Private toilet and kitchen in the cabin. Lovely balcony with lake view. Possibility to use washer & dryer. Nice owner too :)

Pros: The cabin was beautiful with lots of space, and could have easily slept 5. The wood burning fire place was fabulous and we loved having a bathroom in the cabin.
