Cabin is located in the Mountains with a Beautiful View
Pros: I had a lovely and cosy stay at this cabin. I arrived late, and the cabin owner kindly waited for me. She even offered me tea and biscuits to warm me up, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The cabin is located in the mountains with a beautiful view, and there is easy access to many walking trails nearby. It is also pet-friendly, and I truly appreciated that the owner did not charge extra for my furry kid — such kindness made the stay even more special. Overall, a warm, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
Cons: As a guest from Asia, it was something new for me to bring my own linen and towels, and to clean the cabin before leaving — but it was perfectly acceptable, as I treated the cabin like my own home.

Pros: We loved our stay in this cozy wooden cabin at the top of the mountains in Stalheim. The sunset views over the valley and Stalheim Hotel were breathtaking. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Great location to explore Flam and Voss, with lots of beautiful places nearby – best enjoyed with a car.

A beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend.
Pros: Our hostess was a delight - friendly, welcoming and with plenty of great advice about what we could do locally. The cabin was clean, comfortable and had a large deck with stunning views both ways along the glorious valley. The kitchen was well equipped. On our hostess’s recommendation we were able to walk down the renowned Serpentine Road from the property, which was a delightful experience.
Cons: Compared to other places we stayed, we found the linen hire a little expensive.

Pros: The view from the cabin and the friendliness of the host. All ameneties were available in the cabin. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean
Cons: We had 30C temperature and blue skies during all our stay. Finding a bit of shade was a challenge. The host was very cooperative trying to solve this.

Pros: Amazing view. And Bjorn is very nice and supportive. A little demanding on cleaning of stuga during check out, but thats shows that stuga standard are very high and a well cleaned stuga is their prioroty for next guests.

Pros: Fantastic location…Marit is very friendly and helpful. Gave us a lot of information about the surrounding area and walks. Loved her dog (Ira)😊 We stayed in a cabin that can occupy 4 people.. It was a cozy and lovely cabin, comfortable beds, and very clean and tidy. Loved the place and would be very happy to visit again.
Cons: The cabin we stayed in had a very small bathroom/toilet. While that is not an issue by itself, the layout made it a bit awkward to use. Especially the small wash basin with a shelf on top making it impossible to bend down to use it without hitting your forehead on the shelf or spilling water on the floor. Shower cubicle could do with a small shelf to hold shower gel/soap etc. Remember that you have to clean it all up yourself as the charges to clean are quite steep, so any small modifications to make it easier to use/and clean would be great.

Pros: Great location and lovely views from our cabins (1 x 3 brm cabin and 1 x 2 brm cabin). Cabins were comfortable with the necessary basics. Location is great for accessing Flam and its tourist attractions.
Cons: The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms in the 3 brm cabin are steep and narrow. We did not need the upstairs beds, but the stairs up would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The only bathroom being downstairs could also be problematic. Contact with the property owner via Booking.com was delayed, probably due to internet connectivity at this location. This was frustrating as the owner inpects the property for cleaning before departure.
