Excellent stay in Trysil

Pros: Very comfortable beds and very clean. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Very supportive stuff answered in no time all my questions about ski buss, location, ski storage room. I traveled with my family and we felt loved and comfy there. Also breakfast room has that Norwegian ski chique that I adored. Hotel was very silent.

Cons: Explained Ski buss schedule would help.

Pros: Good bed, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean, renovation on-going. As a minus no possibilities for dinner.

Would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable stay at nice, newly refurbished hotel!

Pros: The location is close to the ski lifts (5 min driving to the car park, near the ski lift T2), the room was big enough to accomodate a couple, also the room was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with a mini fridge. The bed, pillows, and seating areas were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, with excellent connection. The large-screen TV in our room featured an additional option to connect your phone or tablet via Chromecast, so we had access to a wide variety of programs online, allowing us to enjoy our preferred content. That is a massive plus, I would say, for people spending most of the evening in their room (not so many outdoor attractions in Trysil, after nightfall, unfortunately). The breakfast was a buffet style, with something for every taste. It was neatly arranged, and everything was kept clean. It was a great stay and the staff were very friendly. We intend to return at this hotel in the near future.

Cons: The shower cubicle felt a bit too small, which made it somewhat uncomfortable and claustrophobic. It would have been great if more attention had been given to its size during the hotel's recent renovation.

Excellent accommodation in east Norway

Pros: Well organized self check-in procedure, spacious room with comfortable beds, very good breakfast opinions even there weren't many guests in the hotel, surprisingly quiet location within walking distance from town centre.

Cons: Everything was OK

Pros: Good value for money. The appartement was as we expected. The second bedroom is small but works perfectly fine. Very helpful personel. We would like to go back to Trysil-Knut hotel :-)

Pros: We were pleased with the size and state of the room (4 person 2 bedroom room). Layout is very handy. Furniture and appliances (coffee, fridge etc) in very good shape. Location good, 2 supermarkets next door, parking good, walking distance to center, 3 minute drive to ski center. Breakfast good, diverse with plenty of healthy options. For sure good value for money.

Cons: Hard to get there (doorstep) using public transport. Considering the fact that people visit for skiing and have loads of luggage quite unfortunate but not the hotels’ fault ofcourse. Same goes for the skibus (what skibus?). So car is needed. There is no skilocker room although the hotel provides a seperate lounge as ski storage. Storing your ski’s en de-booting next to the laundry carts and old furniture is not the best way though. Internet was not very stable/helpfull. Shower was walk in type but did not have a curtain or glass divider so complete bathroom floor was soaked during showering. Considering the fact that people ski and have lots of wet stuff to dry: install hooks on the walls, a coatroomrack is not convenient and will not do the job. In general subtile sewage smell from shower and in parts of hallway. Probably external cause but still…

Pros: Everything we liked! Very cute hotel, nice room, comfotable beds, pretty good breakfast. Located near centrum and Trysil ski center.
