Skistar Lodge Trysil is located 800 Meters above sea level in Fageråsen,Trysil. Norway’s largest Ski Resort. Trysil are also a well-known bicycling area during summer. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and en-suite rooms with a flat screen. We also have multiple outlets with different variations of food & drinks. A wonderful place to stay and ski as a family.

Pros: We had such a lovely stay, the hotel is very relaxed and friendly, the staff were all wonderful. The ski lifts are just outside, and there is a ski rental shop at the hotel, too, where the staff were also really helpful and friendly. The atmosphere of the whole place is very understated and relaxing. We'd love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet - lots of choice and great quality. Loved the spa and pool facilities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Ski hire was efficient and the hotel was in a great location right next to the ski slopes.

Pros: The spa was excellent. We stayed right at the end of the season and the ski resort was super quiet. Great snow and almost empty slopes. The ski in ski out at the hotel was great and the ski facilities such as lockers were brilliant. The hire shop at the hotel was very handy and easy to use. Staff were friendly. Parking was very good with indoor secure parking. We stayed for 2 separate weekends and so had a different room each time. Both were nice but the second one was a superior room with Mountain View and that was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The breakfast was great and we had a lot of choice. The hotel is well situated, ski-in, ski-out.

Cons: The Kulpen Spa wasn‘t what we expected. You have to wear bathing suits and there is no relaxing room.
