Great place while visiting Trondheim

Pros: Newly renovated very nice clean room and bathroom. Luxury soap and lotions provided. Fridge in room. Very friendly staff.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Good size bathroom. Only stayed for one night and didn't get to ear breakfast, but it was good. I would stay here again

Great stay!

Pros: Great beds, very friendly and helpful staff. A big plus that there are EV chargers available on their parking lot! Breakfast was also amazing, lots of options and delicious!

Pros: Lovely period place with much history. Good location.

Cons: The breakfast was rather scanty and there was nothing for us who are vegetarian. The fruits were not there and little choice

Pros: It's a beautiful ancient hotel with a story. I stayed in a hut in the backyard with own access and possibility to park right outside the door. The breakfast was good, with the classic selection of options, but nothing special.

Cons: Cleanliness could have a been a tad bit better, some hairs here and there. Although I do like the charm of an older hotel this one could use a bite of a renovation / update. The bathroom is quite small and you can see through the window. It was also quite cold although the heating was on.

Pros: At the entrance of the town, this former residence of Kristian Thams now lies in zone of smaller shopping malls. The historic building is nicely adapted with a contemporary hotel wing. It gives you the benefit of two worlds: the cosiness of the vintage combined with modern comfort. Do not miss to visit the Thams Residence and read the information about this fascinating patron of industry. The bar is situated in the entrance hall and leads to the restaurant: the beer is better than the dinner however. Breakfast was quite surprizing, with a nice realm of tasteful local products.

Cons: Although dinner is served in a nice ans rather impressive room, the assortment and quality could be improved

Pros: The reception staff were able to arrange a tour of the old hotel as well as the old church on the property. The breakfast was also excellent. This was a very relaxed season to visit.
