Pros: Family run hotel for over 125 years, set in the small town of Lom. The hotel location is fantastic. We liked how everything is wood - even the key cards! Evening meal and breakfast were excellent .

Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Comfortable accommodation with great restaurant and staff.

Pros: Very nice accommodation with comfortable rooms and a very good restaurant. We had a very nice mountain view from our room. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely location in a traditional Norwegian style with modern no frills accommodation annexe

Pros: A lovely traditional Norwegian hotel - authentic decor in the public areas with a number delightful lounge areas. Food options in the restaurant were excellent and the service was very good.

Cons: The room we had was rather small and basic - clean with storage but the bathroom was basic.

Great location, friendly staff and good food

Pros: The staff were friendly, the location excellent, we had a room at the back of the hotel so it was lovely and quiet with good views of the mountains. The room was a good size with desk and two chairs. Evening meals in the restaurant were very good.

Cons: Booking.com advertised that the room had a balcony but it did not. That is more the fault of booking.com than the hotel. Our room had three opening windows which compensated for the lack of balcony.

Pros: Easy vehicle access and parking, comfy beds, great restaurant with good food and breakfast. Able to walk to town centre to see the sights.

Lovely place to stay for a night or two.

Pros: Lovely old wooden hotel, well located in the village of Fossbergom, close to all the local attractions, including the stave church. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Room was super clean and staff were helpful.

Charming historical hotel in a beautiful village

Pros: The hotel is charming and the common rooms have been carefully maintained and preserved for guests. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Lom is a beautiful village to explore in the evening.

Cons: A kettle in the room would be nice
