Fabulous guesthouse, amazing location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend *****

Pros: A wonderful, family-run guesthouse in a superb location. The host Anne-Marie and her brother Nils were super friendly and kind, nothing was too much trouble. My room was exceptional, it was really large, as was the ensuite. The outlook and view overlooking the fjord was stunning. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Good WiFi and a SMART TV with streaming services made this a perfect 2-night stay for a solo traveller, I will be back and highly recommend 😊

Nice stopover on our way to Runde

Pros: The view was fantastic, the bed comfy, the bathroom gigantic. Very clean. The breakfast was great. Afaics we were the only guests, but the hosts' brother had prepared a full breakfast with eggs, salmon, breads, cheeses, meats, sweets, coffee, tea, milk, and juice in amounts we could not begin to dent. Very nice! For a great dinner walk 2 miles to Fiskå brygge guesthouse nearby. The fact that it is next to a road (it is a motell after all) is of no significance. Very light traffic at low speeds. The carwash next door came in handy too. We would stay here again!

Cons: We were there during a hot spell in May and that made the south-viewing room quite hot. The available fan was not much help here. But supposedly, that is normally not a problem in Norway in May.

Pros: Lovely room, good location whilst driving through, very comfy bed and nice views.

Completely satisfied

Pros: Great view (but unfortunately we had had bad weather). We booked the suite for one night. Best beds we've ever had in a hotel and we will remember the underfloorheating in the bathroom :). All rooms, including the breakfast-room, were tastefully furnished. We added breakfast. It was outstanding. Nice conversation and quick response. We were very satisfied and would book again.

Cons: There's nothing worth mentioning.

Pros: Stuff was friendly. The room was great and clean, with outstanding fjord view. Breakfast was tasty (we asked for it in advance).

Beautiful and quiet place

Pros: The place and view on the fjord was amazing. The owner was very supportive, friendly and welcoming. There was an option to pre-order breakfast, which we missed and then we regretted it, cause we saw the full table of fresh food and home made products. Very good place to start hiking. Amazing restaurant 5 mins by car. All surrounded by friendly people. The rooms were big with huge bathrooms so plenty of space.

Cons: The only small minus was the road but it was expected in the Motel, moreover the road was not busy at all.

Pros: Character of building and locality; super position on the sea; fabulous hospitality and delicious supper; lovely fresh breakfast; impeccably clean; very comfortable bed with sparkling sheets and large room. Everything was superlative

Well worth a visit!

Pros: We loved this hotel. The owners were lovely and made us dinner and breakfast which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable with lovely views over the water.
