Pros: Really nice hotel in the mountains with a special atmosphere from a century ago, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, and a tasty Nordic breakfast. Also worth to book the evening dinner and upgrade the room category, if available.

Cons: Rooms/bathrooms are a bit small but it is an historic character hotel. We had a refurbished room with ensuite.

Pros: The location is just incredible – at the shore of a lake in an area that looks like a wilderness. The interior gives you an authentic feel of how it may be living in an 18th century wooden Nordic home. And the breakfast – just wow! One of the best I've ever had anywhere!
