Cosy stay in Veiholmen

Pros: We enjoyed staying at this place. It was very clean and while he rooms were more on the small side, the rest of the house was spacious and made more than up for it. The kitchen was well equipped and provided all the tools to cook a decent meal. The dining area had a nice view towards the sea and made eating a very relaxing experience. The bathrooms had good shower with decent pressure. Also everything was cleaned very well. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Cons: The ceiling in the building is very low and if you're tall (>180 cm) one needs to be careful. It might be a good idea to mention more clearly that the associated restaurant has very limited opening times outside the quite short main season (end June till August).

Pros: We stayed in room #3. Lovely and quiet. The shared bathroom was spotlessly clean. The whole house was extremely tastefully decorated. The wood burning stove and candles supplied in the large living room made it a cozy and relaxing place to chat with other travelers. The kitchen supplies are high quality. The surroundings of the traditional fishing village of Veiholmen are simply stunning. If you have a little more time, skip the crowds of the popular Atlantic Ocean Road, come here!
