Easy, clean, great service, great location, great host

Pros: Cleanliness, location, easy check-in and wonderful breakfast. We stayed there on our way to Oslo. But a great stop for nearby national parks and also during winters offers lots of activities. Very cool property. Even though there is a shared bathroom it was clean all the time and it was available.

Cons: Everything was perfect. It’s my thing as I am a light sleeper and hence wherever it’s wooden cottage and people make noise, it’s hard to sleep quickly.

Full of character, a gem

Pros: Characterful and though some parts are tired it is being renovated. Charming place, very clean and comfy. Good breakfast spread

Cons: Nor having an unsuited loo or shower but that was the deal and no hardship whatsoever.

Pros: We stayed at Furulund Pensjonat for a night during our road trip, and it was an excellent experience. Dennis, the owner, is a fantastic host—very friendly and welcoming, and an amazing cook. We highly recommend having dinner there! The place is humble, with shared toilet and shower facilities, but the rustic, old Norwegian charm of the house makes it very special. Highly recommend for a cozy and memorable stay!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

Pros: A wonderful house with a hospitable owner! Excellent for children, there is a trampoline nearby in the forest, near a lake and a forest, we stayed for 1 night on the way to the fjords and did not regret it. I like the location and the view from the shared balconies. And utensils and pictures inside the house.

A good rural place to stop

Pros: The rural location was good and in a beautiful area and it met our needs driving from Alesund to Oslo. The value was very good. The bathrooms were shared but had a good setup with male and female toilets separate. The guy who ran it was very helpful and cooked us a nice evening meal as an extra.

Cons: Of course the standard of the bedrooms could have been better but then I would have expected to pay more.
