Great place to stay 😊

Pros: This cosy apartment turned out be a perfect choice for our off-season 3-night visit. Clean, warm, comfortable, with everything you need to rest after full-day excursions to the surrounding attractions. Very comfortable beds with high-quality bedding, wonderful view to the fjord from the apartment’s windows and patio, nice front yard, parking space for free, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom. The hosts were very discreet, but still friendly and helpful. Off-season Valldal still offers two supermarkets, a nice coffee shop and a cool souvenir shop with great choice of Norwegian wool for knitting lovers 😉. Except from visiting some obvious attractions like Trollstingen and Geiranger fjord, I highly recommend to go deeper to Zakariasdammen! Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

Wonderful stay at an enchanting place.

Pros: Property was very well located in a very scenic place next fjord. It has many eating options close by and having the SPAR next door makes it very convenient. Property had two bedrooms and large drawing and kitchen making it very spacious. Host has very thoughtfully provided two table fans as summer was hard during the day. Bathroom was also very spacious. Host was very responsive. This was a good option to stay if you want to visit Geiranger. You could also drive to alesund and a beautiful waterfall nearby.

Cons: Everything was good.

We really loved our stay in this house. There is so much to do in the area and we were so comfortable in the house.

Pros: Fantastic house and perfect indications of the owner about things to do in the area. If we go to the zone again we will repeat for sure!

Cons: Anything. If I had to say something, maybe they could add a hairdrier, but I think it is the usual in Norway not to have it.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful with stunning views, the location was perfect for us, and Marian was very helpful when we arrived. We didn't want to leave and we'd definitely come back!

A really great place to chill and enjoy the western fjord area

Pros: The apartment was very welcoming. Close to all commodities (groceries, bakery, takeaway, bar). Good kitchen/ amenities such as washing machine in the basement. Electrical car can be charged at the apartment with a small fee. Rooms are super spacious, view on the fjord is also great to enjoy a good read& drink We got tons of advice from our super-reactive host to enjoy the surroundings : mefjellet 3h loop hike, sauna 2h session in tjaford are highly recommended (see pictures)

Cons: Very minor topics, just a few points of attention as we enjoyed so much our stay: - kids disliked the absence of tv, but it is rather to be leveraged as an opportunity to read, cook and enjoy the view! 14 yo nearly finished his 700p+ at this place. - 3rd bedroom is a bit \

Pros: Koselig lite sentrumsnært hus. Pent oppusset leilighet.

Tolle Wohnung mit Fjordblick

Pros: Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung..Es fehlt an nichts. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die auch stets gute Ausflugstipps parat hat. Geiranger sowie dee Trollstigen sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Cons: Nichts!

Pros: This property is truly perfect! The warmth of the friendly hosts combined with the superb quality of the property creates an unforgettable experience.

Our stay was very relaxing and we loved every moment of it.

Pros: Perfect location. Everything is easily accessible and nearby. The bed was very comfortable too. And we enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom.

Cons: I didn’t like having to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs but it was good workout :)
