Beautiful location, modern well-equipped apartment in nature, nice Viking dinner experience
Pros: We stayed in an apartment which was really well-equipped - washing machine, kitchen, patio furniture. We tried one night the Viking dinner the hotel offered. It is really a great experience, with good food and interesting stories by the host. The area is beautiful - we picked it for convenient location between Geirangerfjord and Troll Wall. Many good day trips are possible.
Cons: Probably not an issue most of the time, but the property is built for winter. We stayed during an exceptionally hot week, so the rooms upstairs were really hot.

Mountain style apartment in the wood surrounded by Nordic style and nature
Pros: Very nice two floors apartment mountain style, well equipped. Dishwashers, microwave oven, washing machine. The living room has got large windows on the wood, spectacular. Two sleeping rooms in the second floor. The hotel and the apartments are in the middle of nature. Highly recommended
Cons: Nothing, just recommend some more mugs in the kitchen as well as silverware.

Amazing stay- worth going a bit off your route for
Pros: We ended up staying here after planning to stay around Geiranger and then realising there is limited accommodation options. Whilst a little more expensive than our usual accommodations it certainly provided a lot for the money. It had everything you needed. Two big bedrooms upstairs, a full kitchen with everything including full fridge and freezer which is great for self catering and a microwave as well which was unexpected (seems maybe added in response to previous feedback). Washing machine in the bathroom with a large airer to help dry things. So much living space and lovely outdoor sitting areas as well. Free hot tub and white robes to use for this. You really couldn’t ask for anything more and would have been a great place to have stayed for more than 1 night.
Cons: If we were being very picky the shower is quite dull so could use better lighting and a shower screen rather than a shower curtain would be nicer.

Would book again
Pros: The apartment was really spacious with enough room for any kind of sports equipment you might bring along. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for basic cooking (even though the might provide a better selection of spices). The have a great variety of outdoor lounges to enjoy the sun, read and sunbath. I didn’t test the jacuzzi, but it looked great. Staff was really nice and friendly Would recommend and book again
Cons: This is just a minor thing to mention: It’s a little dark and cold, but a heater was provided and it worked well. I would really recommend this place.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with a view on the mountains. It is 10 minutes drive to the ferry towards Geiranger fjord. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils. The rooms are cleaned during the day. There is a jacuzzi outside that you can use.

Comfortable, convenient stay in a beautiful location
Pros: Lovely, self-contained rooms, great location. Dinner in the Viking restaurant was very nice in terms of ambiance, information and quality.
Cons: Breakfast is rather pricey for what´s on offer, but there is the option to self-cater

Do yourself a favour and stay here!!!
Pros: Super comfortable and clean apartment located in a peaceful location close to Stordal. Having a washing machine was so convenient, as we had been travelling for a week, and had another week remaining of our trip. The owners, Christine and Ole made my husband's birthday something really special by arranging dinner in the Viking House that evening. The food and service in the hotel was outstanding, as was the breakfasts. We ended up staying an extra night in the hotel due to the storm that had caused extensive disruptions to the Norwegian infrastructure (road closures due to flooding and landslides close to our next destination), but fortunately not in the area close to the hotel. I can't recommend either the hotel or the apartments highly enough. Everything from the owner's passion for providing their guests with an unforgettable experience to the location really is outstanding!
Cons: The only thing that might have improved the apartment would be a small microwave, but we managed okay with the existing kitchen equipment.
