Centrally located and with great breakfast

Pros: Centrally located but pretry quiet. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Plus free swimming pool.

Cons: Only minor things: kettle in the room would be nice and double bed was too soft but more importantly every little movement would make the person on the other side of the bed literally jumping.

Pros: The location was excellent, the room was jaded but clean, and the food in the restaurant was very good. Our restaurant waiter was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The receptionist on arrival was not very welcoming, and tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been good. Our room and the hotel exterior would benefit from some refurbishment.

great hotel in beautiful surroundings

Pros: Very nice hotel with magnificent views to the lake. Located in town of Fagernes, just accross from Bus station. Carpark at the front door. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Generous breakfast. Will deffinietly stay there in future again.

A very good hotel in Valdres

Pros: Staff is very helpful, excellent breakfast, restaurant for a very good dinner, in the center of town

Cons: the bad was at one side of the room without enough space to walk

Pros: The facilities offered, the location and view, breakfast as well. The room was clean, and the hotel was even better than I expected.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting by the lake

Pros: We had a nice-sized room with a balcony overlooking the lake. It was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was decent sized also. When we checked in, they had two kinds of cake slices for guests at the desk. It was tasty! Later that evening as we walked by, they had a different kind of cake that was equally good. We had dinner at their restaurant and, while the menu was fairly limited, we both enjoyed our meals. The breakfast buffet the next morning, which was included in the room rate, was excellent with many choices.
