Excellent base for couple days of skiing

Pros: Location by the lakes, view from our room, food in the restaurant and extra amenities for kids like table tennis and games room

Cons: Our room was very small and mattress wasn’t that comfortable

Best place

Pros: I liked everything and that’s why it was my second time there. Very nice hotel and the place is divine! Thank you!

Cons: The pool area could be more taken care of, especially in the evening. No clean towels. Also in sauna the bench is broken. Minor things but spoil a bit the ideal picture. As for the rest everything is perfect and the fireplace is magnetic.

Very warm and enjoyable!

Pros: I liked everything! Very friendly staff, perfect location with so much of nature. The food was good. I liked the warmth and possibilities to enjoy my short runaway.

Pros: The best hotel i´ve ever stayed in. Very cosy. We had a great dining experience at the restaturant. Very large balcony with a beatiful view. We also rented a sauna on the lake. I recommend!

Pros: Really nice hotel in the mountains well located for some beautiful hikes in summer. Breakfast was amazing.

Cons: Rooms are quite small and and curtains very light (not ideal in summer when sun rises at 4am). Pool and Sauna area quite old. Sauna houses come with a hourly fee.

Amazing

Pros: Love the interiors and the food was amazing! Great breakfast with my first iPad juice and coffee (never seen it before, súper high tech). The dinner was delicious and the staff (especially the Argentinian ones) were wonderful!

Cons: Couldn’t get the air on to work after having switched it off so the night was very hot, but the hotel offered free lunch as compensation

Pros: Loved the personnel by the restaurant. Professional and kind, it was a pleasure!

Cons: The view from the room was to the parking lot. Also you had to request a key to go to the swimming pool area.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect – starting from the room and the surroundings of the hotel to the activities available on site. It’s a fantastic place to stay with children. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun family getaway!
