Stunning property in perfect location. Friendly hosts.

Pros: The most stunning historic property in the most perfect location, just off the Main Street. So beautiful and you could not get a better location. The provision of 4 sparks to scoot around on the snow was a winner with the kids! The house had everything we needed for our minimal cooking. We loved the bird feeder out the kitchen window. Beautiful wood fire with a massive wood supply , we needed that for our -35 degree stay! The house was beautifully warm though. The provision of a PlayStation with games in the lounge room was an unexpected bonus for my teenaged son.

Cons: The only problem was sometimes it couldn’t cope with too many appliances on at once and we tripped the safety electrical switch a few times. Just worked out not to use the kettle and hair dryer at the same time.

Outstanding. Genuine. Atmospheric.

Pros: Amazing to be able to stay in a 1650's house. Thankyou for listing it and making it available to us. It is in a fabulous position to access the railway station, the excellent museum and the UNESCO listed main streets. The house was spacious, warm, clean and charmingly furnished. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the washing machine a bonus. I highly recommend this stay to be able to experience the ambiance of this UNESCO site.

Flott sommeropphold

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flott sommeropphold Hytta var svært komfortabel med rene og deilige senger — akkurat slik mange gjester fremhever som viktig. Gammel hytte fra før 1670 tallet og med alt det innebærer, vi elsker denne type hus og den historie den innehar.. Servicen fra verten var imøtekommende og hjelpsom, noe som ble lagt vekt på i flere anmeldelser (både personale og tjenester får ros for vennlighet og effektivitet) . Beliggenheten er tilbaketrukket, men veldig kort vei til gågata og nærhet til det vi var der for. Parkering for bil rett på nedsiden av hytte,. Med tilgang til lader hvis man trenger det for elbil. Alt i alt et herlig sted Ekstra pluss for kaffekapsler fra Nespresso❤️
