Pros: An absolutely beautiful cabin in beautiful surroundings. Lots of pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. etc. - everything you may possibly need, it’s there.

Cons: The top bed of the bunk bed felt a bit unsafe (no bar on the side)

Loved our stay at the cabin

Pros: The cabin was beautiful. We loved our stay the there. It was very peaceful and had everything you’d need for your visit. The owner was very responsive and made sure our visit was comfortable.

Pros: Location was quiet as not ski season. Cabin was very comfortable and had great amenities, everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Easy to find using google maps. Parking right at the cabin. Toll road access and you are responsible for cleaning the cabin when you leave. Price very reasonable

Charming and cozy

Pros: The cabin was super cozy and clean. It was a nice and warm stay.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit wobbly but it was fine. The road to get there was also super icy, almost didn't make it up the road. Was not the owner's fault though!

Cozy cabin, silent private garden with full of blueberries.

Pros: We loved the location, the silence, the garden with full of blueberries. We were also thrilled by the living room with large windows to the garden. Our kids had a lot of fun with the zipline. We were happy to be able to use the electric grill (fairly large and quality Weber), there is an outside plug. The lake Gjevilvatnet is beautiful, however the cabin is quite far so we better used the car since the weather in Norway is unstable in general.

Cons: The driveway fee was not stated in advance, nor were we advised of the amount in direct communication with the owner later. We paid 143,20 NOK for 1 entrance (8/2023) and there is some administration involved since the Autopass tag does not apply. We recommend that it is fairly stated in the description of the property as it is a mandatory part of the accommodation cost. As for the cabin itself, we have almost no comments: the mattresses were too soft, the toilet with shower is really small in size. And an axe would be handy for being able to chop the firewood into smaller pieces.

Pros: Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchen könnte. Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war problemlos und sehr freundlich.
